Apartment Plus Real Estate Investment Trust (“A+ REIT”) was formed by Private Pension Partners to deliver recurring, stable cash distributions to investors with strong total returns through ownership of a portfolio of stabilized, pension quality, income producing properties. The REIT has a focus on newly built or substantially renovated built-for-rental multi-family properties and has a target to hold up to 20% of its portfolio in tactical street-front commercial properties.

P3 Feeder Funds own and control an active pipeline of residential and commercial development assets with the intent to pursue meaningful capital appreciation through the development of pension grade investment properties with inspiring architecture that better meet the increasing design, amenity, technology, and safety demands of today’s tenants. P3 Feeder Funds allow our investor partners to participate in new construction projects at wholesale cost.
Targeted 15%-20% annualized internal rate of return (IRR) with properties being sold as stabilized into P3's stabilized investment verticals. New equity raised in P3 Feeder Funds will be used to advance and complete the construction and stabilization of these development projects.
